This website is created and hosted through Lovable, not Wix. Lovable provides the technical platform used to publish and deliver these pages and their media. MAGASKAWE™ remains responsible for its own website content.

Lovable's published terms name Lovable Labs Incorporated as the service contracting entity. Its privacy policy identifies Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden, as the controller for the processing covered by that policy.

Reproduction, editing, distribution, public availability or commercial exploitation outside legally permitted uses requires the relevant rights holder's prior permission. Third-party rights must be respected. Some product photographs, mockups and films are created or edited using AI; this does not grant a license to use our brand or designs.

9. Purchasing Products on Spreadshirt

MAGASKAWE™ is a German brand with its main shop in Germany, where Spreadshirt serves the German-speaking region. We do not operate our own US shop: our designs are made available in the USA solely through the independent Spreadshirt Marketplace. This US/OZ presentation website does not operate a checkout or accept product payments. Its product links take you to Spreadshirt.

The purchase contract is with the Spreadshirt seller identified in the marketplace's applicable terms and checkout, not with MAGASKAWE™. Spreadshirt handles ordering, payment, production, delivery, returns, refunds and customer service. Its current product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information and legal terms are decisive for a purchase.

Our North American links point to spreadshirt.com. The original German site's reference to sprd.net AG should not be understood as identifying the seller for every international marketplace; check the seller named on the Spreadshirt site used for your order.

10. Product Safety and California Proposition 65

MAGASKAWE™ provides the artwork. Manufacturing, printing, inks, materials and product-specific safety information are handled by the applicable Spreadshirt supplier. Questions about California Proposition 65 warnings or other product-safety requirements should be directed to Spreadshirt and checked against the information supplied for the particular product.

This allocation of practical responsibilities does not remove any obligation imposed on a party by applicable law.
