1. Privacy at a Glance

Personal information is information that identifies you or can reasonably be connected to you, such as a name, email address, IP address or the content of a message. This notice applies to this Lovable-hosted MAGASKAWE™ website, including its entry screen and subpages. The separate website at magaskawe.eu and independent marketplaces have their own notices.

Some information is supplied by you when contacting us. Other information is generated when your browser requests pages, fonts, images, audio or videos. We use information to deliver the website, respond to enquiries and provide the functions you request. Product purchases take place on Spreadshirt, not on this website.

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Detailed explanations and contact information follow below.

2. Controller and Contact

The person responsible for deciding the purposes and means of processing on this website is:

Nadine Beckmann — NAGIC Media
For MAGASKAWE™
Hanielstr. 23a
45327 Essen
Germany
info@magaskawe.de

For privacy enquiries, contact Nadine Beckmann using the email above. Please identify the feature or page concerned and provide only the information needed to handle your request.

3. Lovable Hosting and Technical Infrastructure

This website is hosted and delivered through Lovable rather than Wix. Requests to the website and its media necessarily disclose technical connection information. This can include your IP address, browser and operating system, requested resource, referring page, request time and diagnostic or security information. These data support page delivery, availability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

Lovable's Terms of Service identify Lovable Labs Incorporated as the service contracting entity. The Lovable Privacy Policy identifies Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden, as the controller for the processing covered by that policy. Lovable's privacy contact is privacy@lovable.dev.

Lovable publishes a Data Processing Agreement and information about its infrastructure and subprocessors at trust.lovable.dev. These are the provider's documents; they do not establish that MAGASKAWE™ has separately signed any particular agreement, selected a particular data location or obtained a certification.

Where the GDPR applies, necessary delivery and security processing is based on our legitimate interest in a reliable, usable website under Article 6(1)(f). Processing requiring consent is governed by Article 6(1)(a) and, for storage or access on your device in Germany, Section 25 TDDDG as applicable. Hosting and AI providers may use international infrastructure; see section 13.

4. Cookies, Local Storage and Session Storage

Cookies are small files used by websites and their providers. This website also uses browser local storage and session storage, which are distinct technologies. They remember settings on your device; clearing cookies alone may not clear these stores.

  • Shopping-region entry: session storage under “magaskawe-surfhouse-unlocked” remembers that you opened this website during the current browsing session. Selecting Europe opens the separate magaskawe.eu website; no password or account is required.
  • Accessibility preferences: local storage under “magaskawe-a11y” remembers the settings you select. You can reset them in the accessibility panel or clear site data in your browser.
  • Website language: session storage under “magaskawe-language” remembers English or German for this browsing session. Translations are delivered with this website; switching language does not send your text to a translation service or change your shopping region.
  • Privacy-notice choice: local storage under “magaskawe-cookie-consent” records your acknowledgement and its time. Earlier versions stored an analytics preference; that preference does not install or activate analytics.

Local preference storage has no automatic expiry and remains until cleared by you or the browser. Session storage normally ends with the browser session.

Technically necessary device storage may fall under Section 25(2) TDDDG; other storage or access requires consent where the law so provides. You can block or clear site storage in your browser, although preferences may stop persisting. Acknowledging our storage notice is not consent to marketing or to all third-party services.

5. Analytics, Advertising and Search Tools

No Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion or remarketing tag, Wix Analytics tracker, advertising pixel or social-media tracking plugin is currently installed in this site's application. Wix-specific tracking descriptions from the original website do not apply to this Lovable version.

Google Search Console, if used by the operator to review search performance, is not a visitor-side advertising tag. Technical hosting and diagnostic processing is separate from advertising analytics. This statement does not mean that no technical request data is processed.

We do not operate a personal-information sales program or intentionally share information through advertising tags for cross-context behavioral advertising. Independently loaded third-party content can process data for its own purposes, as described below. If analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this notice and any legally required choices must be updated before activation.

6. Contact Form and Email Correspondence

The contact page asks for your name, email address, subject and message. Validation takes place in your browser. Submitting prepares a mailto link and opens your email application; it does not send the form to a MAGASKAWE™ form server or automatically deliver an email. You decide whether to send the draft in your email application.

If you send us an email, we process your sender details, message, attachments and correspondence to answer your enquiry. The sender's and recipient's email providers also process the message for transmission and storage. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive data unless genuinely necessary and an appropriate channel has been agreed.

Depending on the subject, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries related to a contract or pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(f) for other correspondence, or Article 6(1)(c) where a legal duty requires processing. Any required consent can be withdrawn for future processing.

7. AI-Created Content

This website has no AI chat. We use AI to create or edit editorial pictures, product mockups, films and copy. Viewing an already-created image or film does not submit any of your data to an AI model. Product visualizations can differ from the actual merchandise.

8. Locally Hosted Fonts

Oswald and Great Vibes are licensed font files stored in this project and served from this website's own origin. No Google Fonts stylesheet, font CDN or font preconnection is used. Loading these fonts generates only the website-delivery requests described in section 3, not a separate font request to Google.

9. Video, Audio and Embedded YouTube

Product reels and editorial films supplied as website media are delivered with this site. Their requests generate the technical connection data described in section 3. Some silent clips start automatically. The optional wave sound is generated locally in your browser only after you press the sound button; no audio file is loaded and no data is sent.

The homepage shows a locally supplied preview of an optional YouTube trailer. The player is not loaded until you select “Activate YouTube”. Activation authorizes connecting to youtube-nocookie.com and transferring technical connection information to YouTube/Google, potentially internationally, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25 TDDDG where applicable. Privacy-enhanced mode does not guarantee absence of tracking or storage. Activation is not saved between visits.

When you play the trailer, YouTube may process additional usage information and use cookies or similar technologies. If signed into Google, activity may be associated with your account according to Google's settings and terms. See Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube embedding information.

Select “Deactivate YouTube” to remove the player and stop further player requests from this page. This does not undo prior transfers or delete data already held by Google. The privacy-notice acknowledgement does not activate the player. This site does not embed Vimeo, Google Maps or Spotify.

10. Social Media, Newsletters and Accounts

This website currently has no newsletter subscription, customer account, cart or checkout. There are no embedded Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest or TikTok tracking widgets. Descriptions of newsletter or social plugins on the original Wix site should not be read as statements that those features exist here.

If you follow an ordinary link to an external service, its own privacy policy applies after you leave this site. Europe currently links to http://magaskawe.eu as an expressly retained temporary exception: this connection is not encrypted. Do not send confidential information there. No contact-form content is attached to this link. A link is different from an embedded player that contacts a service within this page.

11. Spreadshirt Marketplace and Product Purchases

MAGASKAWE™ is a German brand with its main shop in Germany; Spreadshirt serves the German-speaking region there. We have no own US shop and make our designs available in the USA solely through the Spreadshirt Marketplace. This US/OZ website presents designs without an on-site checkout. Its product links open the independent Spreadshirt Marketplace, which processes browsing, account, purchase, payment, production, delivery, return and customer-service information under its own notices.

The applicable seller and data controller are identified in the Spreadshirt marketplace and checkout you use. Do not assume the seller specified for the German Spreadshop is necessarily the seller on spreadshirt.com. MAGASKAWE™ is not your product purchase-contract partner and this website does not collect your card details or shipping address through a checkout.

Review Spreadshirt's current privacy information and terms before ordering. Questions about an order should be addressed to Spreadshirt Customer Help. This notice does not replace Spreadshirt's privacy policy.

12. Purposes, Legal Bases and Recipients

Where the GDPR applies, Article 6(1)(a) covers consent, Article 6(1)(b) processing necessary for a contract or requested pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(c) legal obligations, and Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests such as necessary website delivery, security and responding to ordinary enquiries. A legitimate-interest assessment does not replace consent where consent is legally required.

Recipients can include hosting and delivery services, email providers, Lovable, Google when you activate YouTube, and authorities or professional advisers where necessary. Locally hosted fonts do not contact Google. External marketplace operators receive connection data when you visit their sites and information you provide there.

We do not treat third-party policy statements as a guarantee about every request made from this website. Where required, appropriate controller/processor arrangements and transfer safeguards must apply to the relevant processing.

13. International Transfers

Internet delivery, email, Google services and AI infrastructure can involve processing outside Germany, the European Economic Area or your country of residence, including the United States. Lovable's published privacy policy describes international processing and the safeguards it uses for its services.

Where GDPR Chapter V applies, transfers require an applicable adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer basis. An EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision applies only to transfers within its scope to a currently participating organization. We do not claim that every provider is certified or that all information remains in Europe.

Contact us to ask which safeguards apply to a particular processing operation. Information about Lovable's own transfer practices is available in its Privacy Policy; it is not a statement that MAGASKAWE™ has independently verified every subprocessor arrangement.

14. Retention and Security

Correspondence is kept for the period needed to handle your enquiry and any applicable legal retention obligations or claims. Once the relevant purpose and retention duties end, the information should be deleted or otherwise handled as required by law. Technical provider logs and AI request data may be subject to different provider schedules; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for them.

The duration of on-device preference storage is explained in section 4. Clear site storage to remove preferences. This does not delete copies held in an email mailbox or by a service already contacted.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information, particularly through ordinary email. If you believe information has been exposed, contact us using the details in section 2.

15. Your GDPR Rights

  • Access (Article 15): ask whether we process your information and request a copy and information about purposes, categories, recipients and retention.
  • Rectification and erasure (Articles 16–17): ask to correct inaccurate data or delete information when the legal conditions apply.
  • Restriction (Article 18): request limits on processing in the circumstances provided by law.
  • Portability (Article 20): where applicable, obtain information you supplied in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable form or have it transferred.
  • Objection (Article 21): object to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your particular situation, and object to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdrawal of consent (Article 7(3)): withdraw consent for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • Complaint (Article 77): complain to a competent supervisory authority, especially where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.

For the operator in Essen, the relevant regional authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW). You are not required to contact us before lodging a complaint.

Write to info@magaskawe.de. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity, without collecting more than necessary. GDPR requests are generally answered within one month; where legally permitted, an extension of up to two further months may apply, with reasons communicated within the initial period.

16. Rights in the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Additional privacy rights depend on your location and whether the relevant law applies to the operator and the processing. This website's availability in a country does not by itself mean every national or state privacy statute applies.

California and other US state laws may provide rights to know or access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and in some states appeal a denied request. Where applicable, an authorized agent may act on your behalf, identity verification may be required, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising a protected right.

Canadian, Australian and New Zealand laws may provide access, correction, consent or complaint rights where applicable. Contact us to submit a request or challenge our response. You may also contact the competent privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

No advertising tag is installed here. This notice does not claim a custom Global Privacy Control handler. External YouTube requires its own activation; acknowledging the privacy notice does not activate it. Legally applicable opt-out obligations remain unaffected.

17. Children

This website is aimed at a general audience and is not designed to solicit personal information from children under 13. Children should not submit personal information through contact channels. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review the situation and handle the information as required by applicable law.

18. Changes and Further Information

We update this notice when features, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. New newsletters, accounts, advertising, analytics or external-media features require corresponding privacy information and, where applicable, consent arrangements.

For operator details, see the Imprint; for website and marketplace responsibilities, see the Terms of Use. Questions can be sent through our Contact page or by email.
